Printing cards at home

Use plain US Letter card stock that your printer supports. Choose Actual size / 100%, print both sides and flip on the long edge. Cut along the guides on the front. These sheets aren’t laid out for pre-cut business-card paper.

Try one sheet first: the scale line should measure one inch, the fronts and backs should line up, and a phone should scan the QR code. Printer alignment varies.

Using a print shop

Send the ZIP for your chosen design. It includes separate front and back files with bleed and trim marks, a visual proof and printing instructions. Ask for an actual-size proof before the full run.

Want the card cut into the shape of jeans?

The custom version keeps the original tapered pants shape. It needs a print shop that can make the die cut; optional raised clear coating files are included. Have the shop confirm the cut and finish before ordering.
